  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Custom or engraved items are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Warranty

Ken Ellis Watches offers a one year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, strap wear).

  • Water damage if the watch’s water resistance level is exceeded.
